Skin Blemishes

Vasculyse Treatments

Tired of dealing with embarrassing skin blemishes like broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, or skin tags? Consider Vaculyse: a safe, non-invasive, effective solution.

What Does a Vaculyse Treatment Entail? Also called “Capillary Coalysis”, Vaculyse involves the use of a specialized device, the VascuLyse. A mild current induces coagulation within the distended capillary, which is then absorbed and then eliminated by the body.

WHAT ARE BROKEN CAPILLARIES?

Broken capillaries are tiny dilated blood vessels that are visible through the skin. They become more common as we age and our skin loses its elasticity. Other factors that can promote their formation are: change in temperature, alcoholic beverages, hot and spicy foods, and more. Once they form, broken capillaries will not disappear on their own.

Cherry Angiomas

A cherry angioma is classified as a bright, cherry-red or purple spot, which is due to the dilated capillaries they’re made up of. They can range widely in size, from a tiny dot to several millimetres in diameter. Cherry angiomas are commonly round to oval-shaped. They can be smooth and flat, or they can develop as a raised bump on the skin. It’s also possible for a cherry angioma to start out small and flat and grow into a larger bump.

Skin Tags

A skin tag is a small, soft, flesh-coloured benign skin growth, often on a stalk. Skin tags are probably the single most common bump on adult skin, typically found on the eyelids, neck, armpits, groin folds, and under the breasts. They are made up of many components, including fat, collagen fibers, and sometimes even nerve cells and small blood vessels. While harmless, they can be bothersome.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?

  • Broken Capillaries on the face and upper chest

  • Blotches on the face and upper chest

  • Milia on the face

  • Ruby Points on the body

  • Skin Tags on the body

  • Cholesterol Deposits around the eyes

Cholesterol Deposits on or around your eyes appear as soft yellowish lumps, or papules that are flat or slightly raised. You’ll notice them on your eyelids, around the corner of the eye, as well as closer down toward the nose. They usually appear in a symmetrical arrangement surrounding the 16 eyes. These bumps tend to remain about the same size, but can also grow gradually over time, sometimes merging to form larger lumps.

FAQs

Q: Is the Treatment Really Permanent?

A: Yes! Treated capillaries or skin tags will not return. New ones may appear somewhere else and can be treated in additional sessions.

Q: Is the Treatment Painful?

A: This non-invasive procedure is relatively painless. It uses mild currents that have been employed in the aesthetic world for more than four decades. At the very most, some patients may experience a brief, slight pricking sensation.

Q: How Long Per Treatment Session?

A: Sessions are between 5-20 minutes in length, dependent upon the number of spots treated. Most conditions are effectively treated in between one and three sessions. The results are truly amazing!

Q: Is Vaculyse Considered to be Safe?

A: Absolutely, yes. The disposable, sterile stylus tips are used only once, ensuring complete cleanliness and safety. The treatment is performed only by professionally certified technicians, who observe the strictest standard of hygiene. Skin reaction after the treatment is minimal and disappears after a few days.
